Which data, why and on what legal basis
For a free potential scan, we process your name, email address, optional WhatsApp number, the property details from step 1 and any details in the optional follow-up. We use these to handle your request and contact you, because you ask us to take steps before a possible agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your name and email are required to handle the request; all other fields are optional. We use source, page and campaign data to understand which channels work, based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We answer WhatsApp or email enquiries on the basis of this legitimate interest or to take pre-contractual steps.
Google Analytics and cookies
We load Google Analytics 4 only after you consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). GA4 does not store IP addresses. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings. This site's fonts are served locally and do not create a connection to Google Fonts.
Who receives the data
Google processes requests through Google Sheets and Apps Script and sends request emails through Gmail; we also use Google Analytics after consent. Lovable hosts the website through Cloudflare. If you contact us through WhatsApp yourself, WhatsApp (Meta) processes your data. Google and Meta may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your data.
How long we keep data
We keep the details you submit through the form for a maximum of six months after your request. If you become a client, the terms of our agreement apply.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data. You may object and withdraw consent. Email your request to info.thesunriserentals@gmail.com; we will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Security and automated decisions
The connection to this website is secured with HTTPS and only the owners have access to the data. We do not make automated decisions or use profiling.
