A house with a view
We bought Casa Sunrise for its rooftop view: to enjoy it ourselves and earn from it while we're away. It proved harder than expected. Guests needing something late at night, a cleaner cancelling and prices set by feel.
What we built
Test, measure, adjust. Over ten sales channels, our own booking site, better photos and copy, daily price adjustments and a fixed local team.
What it delivered
Casa Sunrise now runs all year, with occupancy and returns we thought impossible three years ago. When we want to stay, we just block the calendar. What we gained is returns and, above all, knowledge: knowing exactly what needs doing every day. Our owners get the results; we do the work.
